These terms govern your use of jad-nx.tech and the services provided by Jad Digital ("Jad", "we", "us"), a software house based in Nasr City, Cairo, Egypt. By using the website or engaging our services you agree to these terms.
1. Our services
Jad provides custom software services including UI/UX design, web and mobile app development, SaaS platforms, ERP/CRM systems, e-commerce, performance optimization, and related consulting. The scope, deliverables, timeline, and price of each engagement are defined in a separate written proposal or contract agreed with the client — those documents take precedence over these general terms for that engagement.
2. Quotes & consultations
Information on the website, including the AI assistant's replies, is provided for general guidance and does not constitute a binding offer. Every project is priced individually after a free consultation, and only a signed proposal, contract, or invoice creates a commitment between you and Jad.
3. Client portal accounts
Portal accounts are created by Jad for contracted clients. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or threaten the security of the platform.
4. Payments & invoices
Payment amounts, currencies, installments, and due dates are defined in each project's contract or invoice. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, work may be paused on overdue balances. Issued invoices and signed contracts available in the client portal are the authoritative record of what is owed and what was agreed.
5. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, the client owns the final deliverables specified in their contract. Jad retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, libraries, and know-how used to build them, and grants the client a license to use those as embedded in the deliverables. The Jad name, logo, and website content remain the property of Jad Digital and may not be reused without permission. Unless agreed otherwise, Jad may reference completed projects in its portfolio.
6. Client responsibilities
Clients agree to provide timely feedback, content, and access needed for the project, and warrant that any materials they supply (text, images, data, brand assets) do not infringe third-party rights. Delays in providing required inputs may extend agreed timelines.
7. Warranties & liability
Each project includes the post-launch support window stated in its contract (typically 30 days) covering defects in the delivered work. Beyond what is stated in a signed contract, the website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jad's total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts actually paid by the client for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim, and Jad is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website or portal — including attempting unauthorized access, disrupting the service, scraping at scale, or using the AI assistant for unlawful or abusive purposes.
9. Governing law & changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Cairo unless a contract states otherwise. We may update these terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
