• •Analytics & usage — pages visited, approximate location (country/city), device and browser type, and referral source, collected via first-party analytics, Google Tag Manager, and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel.

2. How we use your data

We use this data to reply to your inquiries, prepare proposals and consultations, deliver and support client projects, send service emails (such as invoices, contracts, and project updates), measure our marketing, and keep the website secure. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

3. Third-party services

We rely on a small set of trusted providers to run the website:

• •Supabase — secure database and file storage for form submissions and client-portal data.
• •Google (Tag Manager / Analytics) and Meta Pixel — anonymous-level marketing and traffic measurement; these set cookies in your browser.
• •Google Gemini API — powers the AI chat assistant; chat messages are sent to Google to generate a reply.
• •Resend — delivers our transactional emails (welcome, invoices, contracts, notifications).

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functions (such as keeping clients signed in to the portal), remembering your language and theme preferences, and for the analytics/marketing tools listed above. You can block or delete cookies from your browser settings; essential portal cookies are required for the portal to work.

All traffic is encrypted over HTTPS, access to stored data is restricted, and sensitive credentials held for client projects are stored encrypted (AES-256). We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymize it.
