Design is where conversion is decided
Users decide within seconds whether a website or app feels trustworthy, and they abandon flows the moment they feel confused. That is why UI/UX design is not decoration — it is the layer that turns traffic into customers and features into habits. Jad Digital's design team in Cairo designs interfaces for web and mobile products used across Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and the Gulf, with one measurable goal: fewer drop-offs, more completed actions.
What we design
- Websites and landing pages — structure, visual identity, and content hierarchy built for both reading and ranking; see web development.
- Mobile apps — iOS and Android flows that respect platform conventions while keeping one brand; see mobile app development.
- Dashboards and business systems — dense information made scannable for people who use the screen eight hours a day; see ERP & CRM.
- E-commerce experiences — product pages, carts, and checkouts optimized for mobile buyers; see e-commerce.
- Design systems — reusable components, tokens, and guidelines so every new screen stays consistent and ships faster.
- UX audits and redesigns — a structured review of an existing product with prioritized fixes.
Arabic and RTL done properly
Most design templates were made for English and break in Arabic: mirrored icons that should not mirror, numerals mixed inconsistently, fonts that render Arabic as an afterthought, and layouts that simply flip without rethinking reading order. We design Arabic-first when the audience is Arabic-first — correct right-to-left hierarchy, Arabic typography (Tajawal, Cairo, IBM Plex Arabic and others), bidirectional text handling, and bilingual layouts that hold up in both directions. For products serving Saudi Arabia we also consider local visual expectations and content tone.
Our design process
- 1. Research. Stakeholder interviews, competitor review, and user goals — quick, structured, and documented.
- 2. Information architecture and user flows. What screens exist, how users move between them, and where the business goal sits in the journey.
- 3. Wireframes. Low-fidelity layouts to agree on structure before visual polish — the cheapest place to change your mind.
- 4. Visual design in Figma. High-fidelity screens in Arabic and English, with states (empty, loading, error) that real products need.
- 5. Interactive prototype and testing. A clickable prototype reviewed with you and, when possible, with real users.
- 6. Developer handoff. Organized Figma files, a design system, and specs our own engineers or yours can build from without guesswork.
Design that engineers can build
Because our designers work next to our developers, every design is checked for feasibility, performance, and accessibility before it reaches you. Components are named and structured to map directly to code, responsive behavior is defined for phone, tablet, and desktop, and interactions are specified rather than left to interpretation. The result is fewer surprises in development and a product that looks like the design.
What determines the cost of a UI/UX project?
A free consultation gives you a scoped proposal with a fixed price and timeline.
- Number of unique screens and states across platforms.
- Research depth — a quick discovery versus user interviews and testing rounds.
- Languages — Arabic-only, English-only, or full bilingual layouts.
- Design system — whether one exists or must be created.
- Product type — a marketing site, a consumer app, or a complex dashboard.
